
Beauty Boosting Cheesecake Bars Recipe

INGREDIENTSCrust: 1/2 Bag Granola of choice 1/2 cup Ghee 3 Almond Honey Rise Bars, chopped Cheesecake: 1½ cups Navitas Organics Cashew Nuts (soaked in water for 3 hours) 1 scoop Navitas Organics Vanilla & Greens Essential Blend 1 scoop Collagen Peptides (optional) 1/4 cup Fresh Berries 1/2 cup Coconut Oil, melted 1/2 cup Maple Syrup 1 tsp Vanilla Extract 1 Lemon, juiced |
DIRECTIONSAdd granola, chopped Rise Bars and ghee to a food processor, and blend until well combined. Press into an 8x8 square pan lined with parchment or wax paper. Place in the freezer for approximately 30 minutes. Meanwhile, add the drained cashews, Beauty Boost, berries, melted coconut oil, maple syrup, vanilla extract, collagen peptides (if adding) and lemon juice to a food processor. Blend until well combined. Remove frozen crust from the freezer and spread the cheesecake mixture on top of the crust. Place it back in the freezer for at least an hour. Let thaw for 5-10 minutes before cutting/serving. Top with more fresh fruit, all-natural sprinkles, melted chocolate or coconut whipped cream. Devour and enjoy!Makes 12 Bars
