Roasted Turmeric Cauliflower Recipe

Golden, crispy and packed with flavor, this roasted turmeric cauliflower is a super simple side that brings warmth and wellness to any meal. Tossed with vibrant, curcumin-rich turmeric powder, each bite is a perfect blend of savory goodness and earthy spice.

INGREDIENTS

2 Tbsp. olive oil
1 head cauliflower, chopped
1 Tbsp. Navitas Organics Turmeric Powder
Salt and pepper, to taste

DIRECTIONS

Preheat oven to 400ºF.

Chop cauliflower into florets and place in a bowl. Drizzle with olive oil and toss to combine.

Sprinkle with black pepper, salt and turmeric powder, then toss together until well seasoned. Add more turmeric for deeper color and stronger taste, if desired.

Pour seasoned cauliflower onto parchment-lined or greased baking sheet and bake for 22-23 minutes.

Serve as a side or mix into salad, and enjoy!
