Roasted Turmeric Cauliflower Recipe

DIRECTIONSPreheat oven to 400ºF. Chop cauliflower into florets and place in a bowl. Drizzle with olive oil and toss to combine. Sprinkle with black pepper, salt and turmeric powder, then toss together until well seasoned. Add more turmeric for deeper color and stronger taste, if desired. Pour seasoned cauliflower onto parchment-lined or greased baking sheet and bake for 22-23 minutes. Serve as a side or mix into salad, and enjoy! Makes 2-3 servings
