Mummy Energy Bites Recipe

These Mummy Energy Bites are the perfect Halloween treat—packed with rich cacao butter wafers and crunchy cacao sweet nibs for a delicious chocolatey bite. Wrapped in a playful "mummy" drizzle, they're a festive, nutrient-packed way to fuel your day and satisfy your sweet tooth.

INGREDIENTS

1½ cups gluten-free oats

½ cups pumpkin purée

¼ cup vanilla protein powder of choice

¼ cup peanut butter

2 Tbsp. flax/hemp/chia seed mix (optional)

2 Tbsp. pure maple syrup

1 tsp. pumpkin pie spice

2 Tbsp. Navitas Organics Cacao Sweet Nibs

2 Tbsp. Navitas Organics Cacao Butter Wafers

2 Tbsp. white chocolate chips

Candy eyes (sprinkles)

DIRECTIONS

Combine all ingredients except cacao butter wafers and white chocolate chips in a bowl.

Roll into 1-inch balls and place on a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Drizzle with melted cacao butter wafers.

Melt white chocolate chips and use a toothpick to place some chocolate on back of candy eyes so they stick onto energy balls

Lastly, drizzle the white chocolate over the energy balls to make them look like mummies.
