Superfood Energy Bites Recipe

These simple, plant protein-packed superfood energy bites are perfect as a pre-workout snack or when you need a little midday pick-me-up!

INGREDIENTS

2 Tbsp. Navitas Organics Goji Berries

1 Tbsp. Navitas Organics Cacao Powder

½ tsp Navitas Organics Maca Powder 

5 large Medjool dates

2 Tbsp. coconut oil, melted

1 tsp. water

½ tsp. vanilla extract

Pinch sea salt

1 tsp. Navitas Organics Matcha Powder (optional)

Navitas Organics Hemp Seeds, for topping

DIRECTIONS

Toss everything but the hemp seeds into a food processor and process until mixture is sticky and starting to clump together. The dates should be completely broken down and the goji berries in small pieces.

Remove from food processor and form into a log on a sheet of parchment paper. Roll in the hemp seeds and wrap up tightly. Place in the fridge for 30 min to firm up.

Remove, cut into 10 pieces and shape as desired. Enjoy!
