Rich, velvety and bursting with citrusy flair, this fudge is more than just a decadent treat—it’s a superfood-powered indulgence! Made with antioxidant-rich cacao and boosted with immune-supporting ingredients like camu, each square delivers bold flavor and feel-good benefits in every bite.
Ingredients
- (2) 7.4 oz. cans sweetened condensed coconut milk
- 2½ cups Navitas Organics Semi-sweet Cacao Wafers
-
3 Tbsp. Navitas Organics Cacao Powder
- 3 Tbsp. vegan stick butter
-
1 tsp. Navitas Organics Camu Powder
- ¼ tsp. salt
- 2 tsp. orange zest (plus extra for topping)
Directions
- Add all fudge ingredients to a heat-safe bowl.
Fill medium pot halfway with water and place heat-safe bowl with fudge ingredients over pot. Bring water to simmer and stir fudge ingredients every few minutes. Keep water at simmer and continue stirring until fudge ingredients are well combined.
Once smooth and combined, remove bowl from pot. Pour fudge into parchment-lined 8x8-inch baking dish. Use rubber spatula to spread fudge mixture evenly in prepared dish.
- Grate orange over fudge and gently pat down with hands so zest stays in place.
- Place fudge in fridge to set, at least 2 hours. Once set, remove fudge from dish and slice into small squares. Store in airtight container for up to 10 days.
