Ingredients
- 1 banana, sliced and then frozen
- 1½ cups frozen cauliflower rice
- Scoop of vanilla or unflavored protein powder
- ¼ - ½ cup unsweetened plant-based milk
- 1-2 pitted dates (for sweetness; optional)
- 8-12 fresh mint leaves, plus additional for garnish

- ½ tsp. blue spirulina

Directions
- Add frozen banana, cauliflower rice, protein powder, plant milk, dates, mint leaves, and matcha powder to a food processor or blender. Process until thick, adding additional milk as needed.
- Transfer half to a serving bowl.
- To remaining smoothie, add blue spirulina and re-blend. Add blue half to green half in serving bowl.
- Using a spoon or spatula, swirl colors together partially.
- Top with chopped or crumbled Chocolate Brownie Power Snacks and additional fresh mint. Enjoy!
