Matcha Mint Brownie Smoothie Bowl Recipe

Blended with organic matcha powder, blue spirulina, and a hint of fresh mint, this two-toned smoothie bowl is the perfect mix of energizing and nourishing. Topped with fudgy Chocolate Brownie Power Snacks for a rich, superfood-packed crunch, this bowl brings serious green goodness—and dessert vibes—to your breakfast routine.

INGREDIENTS

1 banana, sliced and then frozen
1½ cups frozen cauliflower rice
Scoop of vanilla or unflavored protein powder
¼ - ½ cup unsweetened plant-based milk
1-2 pitted dates (for sweetness; optional)
8-12 fresh mint leaves, plus additional for garnish
2 tsp. Navitas Organics Matcha Powder
½ tsp. blue spirulina
Navitas Organics Chocolate Brownie Power Snacks, for topping

 

DIRECTIONS

Add frozen banana, cauliflower rice, protein powder, plant milk, dates, mint leaves, and matcha powder to a food processor or blender. Process until thick, adding additional milk as needed.
Transfer half to a serving bowl.
To remaining smoothie, add blue spirulina and re-blend. Add blue half to green half in serving bowl.
Using a spoon or spatula, swirl colors together partially.
Top with chopped or crumbled Chocolate Brownie Power Snacks and additional fresh mint. Enjoy!
