Pumpkin Spice Chia Pudding Recipe
Warm, cozy and nutrient-packed, this chia pudding is the perfect seasonal treat. Made with fiber-rich chia seeds and topped with crunchy cacao nibs, it’s a deliciously creamy, plant-powered breakfast or snack that’s naturally satisfying and full of autumn flavor.

DIRECTIONSIn a medium bowl or jar, whisk together milk, pumpkin purée, maple syrup, and pumpkin spice until smooth. Stir in chia seeds, then cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight, stirring once after 30 minutes to prevent clumping. When ready to serve, stir again and divide into bowls or jars. Top with cacao nibs and a dollop of whipped cream, if desired. Enjoy!
