CocOmega Energy Balls

These no-bake energy balls are a delicious, grab-and-go snack made with our Superfood+ Tri-Seed Powder Blend for plant-based protein, fiber, and omega-3s in every bite. Naturally sweet from dates with chewy coconut and creamy nut butter, they’re the perfect meal prep energy boost for busy days.

INGREDIENTS

1 cup pitted Medjool dates
½ cup @navitasorganics Superfood+ Tri-Seed Powder Blend
½ cup unsweetened shredded coconut
¼ cup nut butter of choice
1 Tbsp. honey or maple syrup
2 tsp. vanilla extract
Pinch of sea salt

DIRECTIONS

Add all ingredients to a food processor and process until mixture is finely chopped and holds together when pinched. Scoop by the tablespoon and roll into balls. Store in the refrigerator.
