1 Tbsp. Navitas Organics Cacao Powder
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- ¼ tsp. peppermint (optional)
- ¼ cup pure maple syrup
- 1 cup mini marshmallows
Directions
- Line a loaf pan with parchment and set aside.
Melt cacao wafers with coconut milk in microwave for two 60-second increments or in a double boiler. Stir in maple syrup, cacao powder, vanilla, and peppermint until a thick batter forms. Fold in marshmallows and reserve more for top.
Transfer to lined loaf pan, spread evenly and gently press in remaining marshmallows.
