Pitaya Goji Acai Bowl
This vibrant pink smoothie bowl is made with a combo of fresh strawberries and antioxidant-rich superfood powders including Goji, Açaí and pitaya. Swirl in a few spoons of nut milk yogurt and you’re set!
3 frozen Bananas
Handful of fresh Strawberries
2 tsp Pitaya Powder
1/2 tsp Navitas Organics Acai Powder
1/2 tsp Navitas Organics Goji Powder
1/4 cup Coconut Water
1 Navitas Organics Goji Acai Superfood+ Bar
1 tsp Navitas Organics Hemp Seeds
Nut Milk Yogurt, as desired
Blend slightly thawed frozen bananas and strawberries together in a high-powered blender.
Add Coconut Water as needed to help bananas blend. Once blended well, add pitaya, Acai and Goji Powders.
Top your smoothie bowls with pieces of Goji Acai Superfood+ Bars, Hemp Seeds, fresh fruit, puffed millet, nut milk yogurt and dried flowers.
