Pitaya Goji Acai Bowl Recipe
This vibrant pink smoothie bowl is made with a combo of fresh strawberries and antioxidant-rich superfood powders including goji, acai and pitaya. Swirl in a few spoons of nut milk yogurt and you’re set!
Blend slightly thawed frozen bananas and strawberries together in a high-powered blender.
Add coconut water as needed to help bananas blend. Once blended well, add pitaya, Navitas Organics Acai Berry Powder and Goji powder.
Top your smoothie bowls with Hemp Seeds, fresh fruit, puffed millet, nut milk yogurt and dried flowers.
