Pitaya Goji Acai Bowl Recipe
This vibrant pink smoothie bowl is made with a combo of fresh strawberries and antioxidant-rich superfood powders including goji, acai and pitaya. Swirl in a few spoons of plant-based yogurt to bring this bowl to the next level!
Add bananas, strawberries and coconut water to a blender and blend on high, adding more liquid if needed.
Once blended well, add pitaya, acai powder and goji powder and pulse a few times to incorporate.
Pour into a bowl and top with hemp seeds, or your favorite smoothie bowl toppings. Swirl in a generous spoonful of plant-based yogurt, if desired, and enjoy!
