DIRECTIONSIn a large bowl, combine oats, coconut, chopped nuts, Cacao Sweet Nibs, peanut butter, honey, and Matcha Powder. Place bowl in fridge for 15 minutes.

Ingredients
- 1 cup rolled oats
- ¼ cup sweetened shredded coconut
- ¼ cup chopped peanuts (or chopped nuts of choice)

¼ cup Navitas Organics Cacao Sweet Nibs
- ¼ cup creamy peanut butter (or nut or seed butter of choice)
- ¼ cup honey (or maple syrup)

2 Tbsp. Navitas Organics Matcha Powder

¼ cup Navitas Organics Semi-sweet Cacao Wafers
Directions
- In a large bowl, combine oats, coconut, chopped nuts, Cacao Sweet Nibs, peanut butter, honey, and Matcha Powder. Place bowl in fridge for 15 minutes.
- Press ~2 Tbsp. of mixture in palms to shape into ball. Repeat with remaining mixture to make 12 balls. Arrange on large plate or baking sheet and set aside.
- In microwave-safe bowl or saucepan over medium-low heat, melt Semi-sweet Cacao Wafers until smooth and creamy. Drizzle over energy bites.
- Set in fridge for 15 minutes until coating cools and hardens.
