Espresso Nice Cream Recipe

- 2½ cups frozen bananas
 - 2 Tbsp. cashew butter
 - 2 Tbsp. coconut cream
 - 3 Tbsp. plain yogurt
 - 
                1 Tbsp. Navitas Organics Cacao Nibs
                
 - 
                3 Tbsp. Navitas Organics Cacao Powder
                
 - 
                3 Tbsp. Navitas Organics Chia Seeds
                
 - Pinch of salt
 - ¼ cup honey
 - Double shot of espresso
 - 
                1 cup Navitas Organics Semi-sweet Cacao Wafers
                
 - 1 Tbsp. coconut oil
 
Directions
- Melt the cacao wafers with the coconut oil by heating in a double boiler (or heat in microwave in 30 second increments). Set aside.
 - Combine espresso with chia seeds in a small bowl. Stir and then refrigerate for 20 minutes to form a chia pudding.
 - Add espresso chia pudding, cashew butter, coconut cream, yogurt, cacao powder, cacao nibs, salt, and honey to a food processor.
 - Use food processor's rotary grater attachment to blend in frozen bananas.
 - Scoop into a bowl, top with melted cacao wafers and cacao powder, and enjoy!
