Double Chocolate Salted Freezer Fudge Recipe

Rich and fudgy but secretly health-boosting, these easy-to-make bites are the perfect treat to satisfy your chocolate cravings!

INGREDIENTS

Fudge:

½ cup Navitas Organics Cacao Butter

1 cup almond butter

¼ cup maple syrup

¼ cup Navitas Organics Cacao Powder

¼ tsp. sea salt

Optional: 2 scoops Navitas Organics Cacao & Greens Essential Blend

Chocolate Topping:

¼ cup Navitas Organics Cacao Butter

¼ cup Navitas Organics Cacao Powder

¼ cup maple syrup

Optional¼ cup crushed Navitas Organics Cashew Nuts

DIRECTIONS

In a small saucepan over medium-low heat, melt the cacao butter. Add almond butter and maple syrup. Whisk until incorporated.

Add cacao powder and salt. Whisk until thoroughly combined and a thick batter forms. Remove from heat and stir in Cacao & Greens Essential Blend, if using. Place a sheet of parchment paper in a standard loaf pan and pour batter into the pan. Place in the freezer for 30 minutes.

Right before you’re ready to remove the fudge from the freezer, make the chocolate topping: Combine all ingredients in a small saucepan over low heat. Whisk until combined, then spatula evenly onto the frozen fudge. Top with flaky finishing salt and cashews if desired.

Place in the refrigerator and let chill at least 4 hours. Once fudge has hardened, remove from the refrigerator and slice into squares. Store in the refrigerator. Serve cold or slightly thawed.
