These chocolate-dipped clusters are bursting with juicy pomegranate arils, creamy yogurt and a luscious coating of rich, bittersweet cacao. They're the ultimate balance of tangy, sweet and chocolatey, making them a delightful treat for cozy afternoons or festive gatherings.
Ingredients
- 1 cup coconut yogurt (or sub. alternative yogurt)
- 1-2 Tbsp. pure maple syrup
- 2 Tbsp. almond butter
- 1 cup pomegranate arils

8 oz. Navitas Organics Bittersweet Cacao Wafers
Directions
- In a medium bowl, mix together yogurt, maple syrup and almond butter until combined.
- Fold in pomegranate arils and mix to combine.
- Spoon yogurt mixture onto a lined baking sheet and freeze for 30 min. - 1 hour.
- In the meantime, melt cacao wafers over low heat.
- Dip frozen pomegranate yogurt clusters into chocolate and transfer to refrigerator.
- Store leftovers in refrigerator.
