Pomegranate Yogurt Clusters Recipe

These chocolate-dipped clusters are bursting with juicy pomegranate arils, creamy yogurt and a luscious coating of rich, bittersweet cacao. They're the ultimate balance of tangy, sweet and chocolatey, making them a delightful treat for cozy afternoons or festive gatherings.

INGREDIENTS

1 cup coconut yogurt (or sub. alternative yogurt)
1-2 Tbsp. pure maple syrup
2 Tbsp. almond butter
1 cup pomegranate arils
8 oz. Navitas Organics Bittersweet Cacao Wafers

DIRECTIONS

In a medium bowl, mix together yogurt, maple syrup and almond butter until combined.
Fold in pomegranate arils and mix to combine.
Spoon yogurt mixture onto a lined baking sheet and freeze for 30 min. - 1 hour.
In the meantime, melt cacao wafers over low heat.
Dip frozen pomegranate yogurt clusters into chocolate and transfer to refrigerator. 
Store leftovers in refrigerator.
