Made with velvety avocado, organic cacao powder and semi-sweet cacao wafers, this dessert is a perfectly balanced blend of indulgence and wholesome ingredients. ⅓ cup Navitas Organics Cacao Powder
- 2 ripe avocados, pits removed
- 4 Tbsp. almond milk
- 3 Tbsp. pure maple syrup

1 cup Navitas Organics Semi-sweet Cacao Wafers, melted
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
- Pinch of salt
- Gluten-free pie crust (or homemade)

Directions
- Prepare and bake pie crust according to package directions or prepare your own pie crust, if preferred.
- In a food processor, add cacao powder, avocados, almond milk, maple syrup, and salt.
- In a small microwave-safe bowl, add cacao wafers and microwave for 1-1½ minutes, stirring halfway, until melted. Add melted chocolate to food processor.
- Process ingredients until smooth (30-45 seconds) and most of the avocado has been mixed in.
- Transfer chocolate avocado mousse to baked pie crust and smooth chocolate around to fill center evenly.
- If using, sprinkle cacao nibs on one side of pie.
Cover and let pie cool in fridge for at least 1 hour, until chocolate mousse has firmed up before slicing and serving.
