Cashew Nuts FAQs
How are your Cashew Nuts processed?
We use minimal processing techniques on our cashews from start to finish. After harvest, the hard outer shell is cracked off and a gentle steam-hulling technique removes the thin skin found on the exterior of the raw nut. The result is a creamy, fresh cashew that's perfect for all of your snacking and culinary needs!
Where are your Cashew Nuts grown?
Our cashews are grown in Vietnam by a collective of smallholder farms that have been certified organic since the 90s. They operate their own processing plant, and this vertical integration enables them to ensure safe working conditions and living wages for all involved in the production of the cashews.
