Chocolate Maqui Overnight Oats Recipe

While having a warm and cozy baked treat in the morning is always an ideal cold-weather comfort meal, there’s not always time for full-on meal prep. That’s where these quick-and-easy overnight oat cups make mornings a healthy breeze. Made with nutrient-rich Cacao Powder and a fruity Maqui Powder yogurt mix, these nourishing cups are delicious, low fuss and completely satisfying.

INGREDIENTS

For the Oats:

3/4 cup Almond Milk

1/2 cup Water

1 Tbsp Navitas Organics Cacao Powder

2 Tbsp Peanut Butter

Pinch Pink Salt

Pinch Cinnamon

1/2 Banana, mashed

1 cup Gluten-Free Rolled Oats

For the Maqui Yogurt:

1/3 cup Coconut Yogurt

1 Tbsp Agave Syrup

1/4 tsp Navitas Organics Maqui Powder

Toppings:

Navitas Organics Goji Berries

Navitas Organics Cacao Nibs

Coconut Chips

DIRECTIONS

Mix almond milk, water, peanut butter, Cacao+ Antioxidant Blend, cinnamon, and salt into a small saucepan and whisk to combine. Bring to a boil.

Place the banana and rolled oats into a heat-proof container and pour the warm milk over them.

Stir to combine and let cool down completely.

Cover and refrigerate overnight.

Enjoy with additional coconut yogurt, agave mixed with maqui powder, and top with goji berries, cacao nibs cacao and coconut chips.
