Superseed Superfood Muesli Recipe
Superfood seeds chia, hemp and pumpkin, along with antioxidant-rich superfood berries goji and mulberries deliver a balanced, protein-packed crunch in this grain-free, nutty mix.
Mix together dry ingredients and store in airtight container in fridge.
To serve: Mix 3-4 tablespoons muesli mix with 6 ounces yogurt or 4 ounces nut/seed milk and soak overnight (or for at least 2 hours).
Top with fruit, nut butter and/or granola.
You can also use this as a topping for smoothies, yogurt, oatmeal, etc.
Makes 2 cups (8-12 servings)
