
Easy Superfood Snack Bars
These superfood snack bars combine an array of nutrient-dense superberries with the bold crunch of cacao nibs for a treat that’s both balanced and indulgent. Bursting with antioxidants and rich in flavor, they’re the kind of snack you’ll look forward to as much as dessert.
INGREDIENTS1 cup dates, pitted Navitas Organics Goji Berries Navitas Organics Goldenberries Navitas Organics Cacao Nibs Navitas Organics Chia Seeds Optional Drizzle: ½ cup dark chocolate chips ½ Tbsp. coconut oil |
DIRECTIONSIn a food processor, combine dates, oats, peanut butter, honey, coconut oil, & pecans. Pulse until there are no chunks. Pour mix-ins into mixture and mix until thoroughly combined. Pour into a parchment-lined 9x5-invh loaf tin and press down. Place into freezer for 1 hour. When ready to serve, remove & slice into bars. Enjoy!

- 2 cups old-fashioned oats
- ⅓ cup peanut butter
- ⅓ cup honey
- 2 Tbsp. coconut oil
- ¼ cup pecans

Directions
In a food processor, combine dates, oats, peanut butter, honey, coconut oil & pecans. Pulse until there are no chunks.
Pour mix-ins into mixture and mix until thoroughly combined. Pour into a parchment-lined 9x5-inch loaf tin and press down.
In a small bowl, melt chocolate & coconut oil. Drizzle over top of snack bars & garnish with additional mix-ins and/or flaky sea salt.
- Place into freezer for 1 hour. When ready to serve, remove & slice into bars. Enjoy!
