- ½ banana, mashed
- Splash of milk
- 1 tsp. pure maple syrup
- Dash of vanilla
- Scoop of nut butter

Directions
- Fill a pot with water, oats and chia seeds and place on stove over medium heat.
- While cooking, mash up banana.
- When water is absorbed, add milk, mashed banana, salt, cinnamon, maple syrup, vanilla, and nut butter, and mix together.
- Add fruit and mix briefly.
- Remove from heat, add to bowl and top with desired toppings & BITES. Enjoy!
