Superpower Pecan Granola Recipe
This high-protein granola is loaded with nutrient-dense superfoods. Have it for breakfast or as a snack when you're on the go!
INGREDIENTS1/2 cup Navitas Organics Hemp Seeds 1/2 cup Coconut Palm Sugar 1/2 cup Maple Syrup 1½ tsp Cinnamon 1/2 tsp Sea Salt 1/3 cup Navitas Organics Chia Seeds, soaked 4 hours in 2 Cups Water 2/3 cup Navitas Organics Mulberries 2/3 cup Navitas Organics Goji Berries 1 Tbsp Vanilla Extract 3 cups coarsley chopped Pecans, soaked 4 hours 2 cups hulled Buckwheat, soaked 1 hour 2 cups Rolled Oats |
DIRECTIONSCombine all ingredients in a large bowl and divide among three dehydrator trays lined with non-stick sheets. This should amount to 3.5 cups per tray. Dehydrate at 110 degrees for 12 hours. Flip granola onto mesh screens and continue drying for another 8-10 hours or until crispy. Store in an airtight container for one month. If it gets soft, dehydrate again until crisp. Makes 10.5 cups

⅓ cup Navitas Organics Chia Seeds, soaked four hours in 2 cups water

⅔ cup Navitas Organics Mulberries

⅔ cup Navitas Organics Goji Berries
1 Tbsp. vanilla extract
3 cups coarsley chopped pecans, soaked 4 hours
2 cups hulled buckwheat, soaked 1 hour
2 cups rolled oats
Directions
