Superfood Apple Sandwiches

These quick snacks are taken to new nutrition and flavor levels with the simple use of superfoods. You can use virtually any variety - from Hemp Seeds to Goji Berries and even Cacao Nibs, as well as any variety of nut butter.

INGREDIENTS

1 Apple, cored

2 Tbsp Almond Butter

1 Tbsp Goji Berries

1 Tbsp Goldenberries

1 Tbsp Mulberries

1 tsp Hemp Seeds

DIRECTIONS

Slice the apple into thin ¼-inch slices.

Spread the almond butter onto the slices, top with superfoods and press together into a “sandwich.”

Makes 2 Servings
