To a small bowl, add maple syrup, salt and 1 Tbsp coconut oil. Have the Beauty Boost and a large popcorn bowl ready.
Warm the remaining coconut oil in a large heavy-bottomed pot over medium-high heat. Once the oil is hot, add the popcorn. Stir to coat the kernels with oil, lightly shaking the pan to spread the kernels into a flat layer, then cover.
Listen closely: once the first few kernels have popped, reduce the heat to slightly below medium. Place the lid slightly ajar to release some steam and continue popping, shaking the pan back and forth over the burner once every minute to ensure even cooking of the kernels.
After about 4-5 minutes or once there are a couple seconds in between each pop, remove the popcorn from the heat. Uncover and immediately add the remaining coconut oil, maple syrup and salt, stirring quickly to distribute for about 1 minute.
Transfer the popcorn to the large popcorn bowl and sprinkle with the Beauty Boost, tossing well.
Best served immediately or store in an airtight container.
Makes about 5 cups
