Acai Yogurt & Granola Covered Strawberries

Perfect for a nutritious snack or a crunchy late-night treat, this recipe combines the creamy richness of acai-infused Greek yogurt with the natural sweetness of strawberries, all adorned with a crunchy chopped granola bar coating.

INGREDIENTS

1 cup Greek yogurt
1 tsp. Navitas Organics Acai Powder
2 Munk Pack Sea Salt Dark Chocolate Nut & Seed Bars
1 16oz. package of strawberries

DIRECTIONS

Line a baking sheet with wax paper.
In a regular bowl, combine yogurt and acai powder.
Chop Munk Pack bars into small chunks.
Dip strawberries into yogurt mix, roll in chopped bars, and place onto lined baking sheet.
Freeze for 20-30 minutes, then enjoy!
