Spring Salad with Acai Vinaigrette

                        Crisp mixed greens, juicy blueberries, crunchy walnuts, and crisp radishes come together to create the perfect base for a flavorful acai vinaigrette dressing drizzled on top. Light, refreshing and packed with antioxidants, it's the perfect way to savor the flavors of spring while nourishing your body!
Ingredients
- 2 Tbsp. olive oil
 - 1 Tbsp. white wine vinegar
 - 
                1½ tsp. Navitas Organics Acai Powder
                
 - ¼ tsp. dried thyme
 - Pinch of sea salt
 - ½ tsp. maple syrup (optional)
 - 4 cups mixed spring salad greens
 - 2 radishes, sliced
 - 1 cup blueberries
 - ½ cup raw walnuts
 - ¼ cup feta cheese (optional)

Directions
- Add all salad ingredients to a large bowl.
 - In a small jar, whisk together acai vinaigrette ingredients until well combined.
 - Drizzle vinaigrette over salad and toss.
