Caramel Maca Mousse Cups Recipe

This creamy mousse blends pure maple syrup, nut butter and organic maca for naturally rich caramel flavor with a nourishing twist. Maca’s adaptogenic benefits add malty sweetness while supporting balanced energy and vitality, making these clean-ingredient mousse cups a feel-good dessert that comforts and fuels.

INGREDIENTS

¾ cup heavy whipping cream
½ tsp. vanilla extract
⅛ tsp. salt
⅛ tsp. cinnamon
¾ cup Greek yogurt 
3 tsp. Navitas Organics Maca Powder
3 Tbsp. pure maple syrup 
¼ cup nut butter 
Crumbled Navitas Organics Superfood+ Salted Peanut Chocolate BITES (for topping)

DIRECTIONS

In a bowl, use a mixer to beat heavy whipping cream, vanilla, cinnamon and salt until stiff peaks form. Do not overbeat. 
In another bowl, beat together Greek yogurt, maple syrup, Maca Powder, and nut butter until fully combined and smooth. 
Gently fold whipped cream into caramel yogurt mixture. Spoon immediately into individual cups for serving and top with crumbled BITES.
Store any remaining mousse in fridge, covered.
