¾ cup unsweetened applesauce
1 cup milk of choice
⅓ cup pure maple syrup
1 tsp. vanilla extract
2 large eggs
2 Tbsp. melted & cooled coconut oil
2 cups rolled oats

1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. cinnamon
½ tsp. allspice
¼ tsp. salt
1½ cups finely diced apple
Thinly sliced apples
2 Tbsp. Greek yogurt
2 Tbsp. maple syrup
2 tsp. milk of choice
½ tsp. cinnamon

Directions
Preheat oven to 350°F. Spray an 8×8-inch baking pan with nonstick spray.
In a medium bowl, whisk together applesauce, milk, maple syrup, vanilla, eggs, and melted coconut oil until smooth.
Stir in oats, Tri-Seed Powder Blend, baking powder, cinnamon, allspice, and salt. Mix until fully combined. Gently stir in finely diced apple.
Pour mixture into prepared baking dish and smooth top evenly. Arrange thin apple slices on top. Bake 35–40 minutes, until edges are lightly golden.
In a small bowl, whisk together cinnamon vanilla glaze ingredients until smooth.
Let bars cool slightly, top with glaze if using, slice into squares, and serve.
