
Chia Berry Fresca Recipe
This healthy, refreshing drink made with simple, fresh ingredients is the perfect way to start your day! Organic chia seeds add protein, fiber and omega-3s for a nutritious boost, and you can customize it with different fruit, add juice or seltzer water for some bubbles or even mix in one of your favorite superfood powders!

DIRECTIONSTo a glass, add chia seeds, lemon juice, maple syrup and berries. Pour water into glass and stir until ingredients are combined. - ½ Tbsp. lemon juice
½ Tbsp. pure maple syrup*
1 Tbsp. raspberries* (fresh or frozen)
- 1 cup water
- Lemon slices, to garnish
