1 Cup + 3/4 cup Navitas Organics Cacao Hemp Almonds, divided
½ Cup Navitas Organics Cacao Sweet Nibs
6 Tbsp Water
¼ Cup Maple Syrup
2 Tbsp Coconut Oil
1 tsp Vanilla Extract
Pinch Himalayan Salt
4 Apples, sliced
Toothpicks

DIRECTIONS

Make the Maple Caramel Sauce: Blend 1 cup Almonds, water, maple syrup, coconut oil, vanilla extract and salt in a high-speed blender until very smooth. Pour into a bowl. Refrigerate for 3 hours to thicken. Slice the apples and place toothpicks through the sides. Dip the apple slices in the caramel sauce to coat.

Make the Crunchy Coating: Mix ¾ cup Almonds and Cacao Nibs in a medium bowl. Pour onto a plate. Roll the caramel-coated apple slices to coat edges. Place on a plate and serve. Can be stored in the refrigerator. If you have any leftover caramel and coating, mix them together and freeze for candy!
