Maca Balls Recipe
Keep these as round balls or flatten with the back of a glass jar into cookies.
INGREDIENTS¼ Cup Navitas Organics Maca Gelatinized Powder |
DIRECTIONSSoak the dates for 10 minutes in water to soften. Drain liquid‚ and place in a food processor to blend into a sticky puree. Add the remaining ingredients‚ and process until a dough has formed – dough should stick together when rolled into a small ball. If dough is too sticky‚ add more chopped almonds; if too dry‚ add a touch of water‚ 1 tsp at a time. Roll the dough into 1” balls‚ and refrigerate until ready to enjoy. Makes about 2 ½ dozen. ¼ cup almond butter
¼ tsp. sea salt
¼ cup chopped almonds
1 cup pitted dates
1 tsp. vanilla extract
