Low-Sugar Green Dream Smoothie Recipe

Subtly sweet and supercharged with nourishing plant-based ingredients, this low-glycemic green smoothie will keep your body hydrated and blood sugar balanced for hours.

 

INGREDIENTS

1 cup unsweetened coconut milk

1 scoop Navitas Organics Essential Blend Vanilla & Greens

1 handful fresh mixed greens

¾ cup cucumber chunks

1 Tbsp. Navitas Organics Hemp Seeds

1 tsp. Navitas Organics Chia Seeds

½ peeled lime

8-10 fresh mint leaves

1 handful ice

Sweetener to taste

DIRECTIONS

Add all ingredients to a blender in the order listed, except for the ice.

Blend until completely smooth, then add ice as needed and blend again. Sweeten to tastes.

Pour and enjoy!
