Low-Sugar Green Dream Smoothie Recipe
Subtly sweet and supercharged with nourishing plant-based ingredients, this low-glycemic green smoothie will keep your body hydrated and blood sugar balanced for hours.
1 cup unsweetened Coconut Milk or Coconut Water
1 scoop Navitas Organics Vanilla & Greens Essential Blend
1 handful fresh Mixed Greens
3/4 cup sliced Cucumber
1 scoop Navitas Organics Daily Wellness Boost
1 Tbsp Navitas Organics Hemp Seeds
1 tsp Navitas Organics Chia Seeds
1/2 peeled lime
8-10 fresh Mint Leaves
1 handful Ice
Add all ingredients to a blender in the order listed, except for the ice.
Blend until completely smooth, then add ice as needed and blend again.
Pour and enjoy!
