Gingerbread Goji Latte
Coffee-free‚ this superfood-rich‚ silky latte makes a special treat for the holidays with it’s abundant warming spices and sweet flavor.
3 Cups unsweetened Almond Milk
In a small saucepan over medium heat, warm the almond milk, cinnamon, nutmeg, cloves and ginger. When the liquid begins to simmer, remove from heat and stir in the Cacao Butter. Transfer the mixture to a blender and add the remaining ingredients. Blend until smooth. Pour into serving cups, topping each cup with some of the froth in the blender. If desired, serve with a dollop of whipped cream and a sprinkle of cinnamon.
