INGREDIENTS2 Tbsp. plant-based milk of choice ⅓ cup coconut oil, melted ¼ cup coconut palm sugar 1 cup almond flour 4 scoops (2 servings) Navitas Organics Essential Blend Vanilla & Greens ½ tsp. baking soda ¾ tsp. sea salt ¾ cup semi-sweet chocolate chips 2 Tbsp. Navitas Organics Cacao Nibs (optional) |
DIRECTIONSPreheat the oven to 375° F. Line two baking sheets with parchment or silicone baking mats. In a large bowl, mix together the milk, coconut oil and coconut palm sugar. In a medium bowl, mix together the almond flour,Essential Blend Vanilla & Greens, baking soda and salt. Add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and mix well. Add the chocolate chips and optional cacao nibs, and fold to combine. A tablespoon at a time, drop rounded spoonfuls onto the prepared baking sheets. Shape into circles and press down to flatten slightly – cookies will not spread very much. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until cookies begin to turn golden. Remove from oven and transfer to a baking rack to cool entirely. Makes 2 dozen cookies
