Chocolate Strawberry Fudge Recipe

This silky fudge combines antioxidant-rich organic cacao powder with luscious semi-sweet cacao wafers for deep, chocolatey richness. Paired with the natural sweetness of strawberries, it's a match made in dessert heaven.

INGREDIENTS

(2) 7.4 oz cans of sweetened condensed coconut milk
2½ cups Navitas Organics Semi-sweet Cacao Wafers
3 Tbsp. Navitas Organics Cacao Powder
3 Tbsp. vegan butter
¼ tsp. salt
½ tsp. vanilla extract
Freeze-dried strawberries, for topping

DIRECTIONS

In a heat-safe bowl, combine all ingredients except freeze-dried strawberries.
Fill a medium pot halfway with water and place bowl over pot. Bring water to a simmer and carefully stir fudge ingredients every few minutes. Keep water at a simmer and continue stirring until fudge ingredients are thoroughly combined.
Once smooth and combined, carefully remove bowl from pot and pour into a parchment-lined 8x8 inch baking dish. Use spatula to spread fudge mixture evenly.
Gently press freeze-dried strawberries into top and place in fridge to set for at least 2 hours. Once set, remove fudge from baking dish and cut into small squares. Store in an airtight container for up to 10 days.
