Edamame Hummus Recipe
Looking for a deliciously fresh and spring-friendly dip that's filling and versatile? Look no further! This edamame hummus is the perfect afternoon snack or crowd-pleasing party dip to serve up with pita chips and fresh veggies.
1½ cups edamame
3 Tbsp. cilantro
3 Tbsp. lemon juice
2 cloves garlic
½ tsp. onion powder
½ tsp. black pepper
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. Navitas Organics Wheatgrass Powder
2 Tbsp. olive oil
To a food processor, combine edamame, cilantro, lemon juice, avocado, garlic, onion powder, pepper, salt, and wheatgrass powder.
While blending, add in olive oil and continue to blend until the hummus is creamy.
Top with more edamame and serve with pita chips and your favorite assortment of veggies.
