Colorful Coconut Chia Pudding Recipe
Chia pudding is one of the easiest ways to start your day and it's the perfect template for colorful, textural, nutritious toppings! This recipe can be made ahead of time for busy mornings or an after-dinner treat.

DIRECTIONSIn a mason jar, add coconut milk and chia seeds, whisking well to incorporate. After about five minutes, stir again to break up any clumps and prevent seeds from settling at the bottom of the jar. Place a lid on the jar and refrigerate for at least 20 minutes and up to one day. Top with all of the remaining colorful, superfood ingredients and enjoy! Makes 1 serving
