Chickpea Flour Crackers Recipe
Quick, easy and gluten-free, these crunchy crackers* are perfect for those long-awaited gatherings or as a healthy solo snack. Pro tip: they’re especially delicious with hummus!
1 cup Navitas Organics Chickpea Flour
3 Tbsp. water
2 Tbsp. olive oil
1 tsp. baking powder
½ tsp. sea salt
Additional flour for dusting
Preheat oven to 350°F. Add all ingredients to a bowl and mix until combined.
Shape the dough into a ball, then flatten into a disc and place on a sheet of parchment paper. Sprinkle lightly with Chickpea Flour and roll out to ¼-inch thick.
With a sharp knife, slice the dough into squares. Prick crackers with a fork to make holes. Slide the dough and parchment onto a baking sheet and bake for 20-25 minutes, until golden.
Allow crackers to cool before separating.
