Cacao Coconut Pancakes Recipe

We think that chocolate for breakfast is always a good idea, especially when it's part of an antioxidant-rich, low-glycemic pancake stack that's drizzled with nourishing Granola Butter!

INGREDIENTS

1½ cups almond flour

2 Tbsp. tapioca flour

1 tsp. baking powder

Pinch sea salt

1 Tbsp. organic cane sugar

2 organic eggs

¾ cup coconut milk

1 tsp. vanilla extract

1 Tbsp. Navitas Organics Cacao Powder

Oat Haus Granola Butter, for topping

DIRECTIONS

Combine all ingredients except for Granola Butter in a large mixing bowl and stir until batter forms.Coat a non-stick frying pan with coconut oil and heat over medium heat.

Pour a few tablespoons of batter onto the pan for each pancake and flip when small bubbles start to form.

Plate the pancakes and drizzle with Oat Haus Granola Butter and other toppings of choice. Enjoy!
