Cacao Coconut Pancakes
Chocolate for breakfast is always a good idea, especially when it's infused into an antioxidant-rich, low-glycemic stack that's drizzled with nourishing Granola Butter!

INGREDIENTS1½ cups Almond Flour 2 Tbsp Tapioca Flour 1 tsp Baking Powder Pinch Sea Salt 1 Tbsp Navitas Organics Coconut Palm Sugar 2 Eggs 3/4 cup Coconut Milk 1 tsp Vanilla Extract 1 Tbsp Navitas Organics Cacao Powder |
DIRECTIONSCombine all ingredients in a large mixing bowl and stir until batter forms.Coat a non-stick frying pan with coconut oil and heat on medium heat. Pour desired amount of batter onto pan for each pancake and flip when small bubbles start to form. Plate and top drizzle with Kween + Co Granola Butter, Goji Berries, Hemp Seeds and other toppings of choice! Makes about 6 Pancakes
