Watermelon Slushie Recipe
Is there anything better than a refreshing dessert made from icy fruits to beat the summer heat? The answer is YES: one that's also made with superfoods!
INGREDIENTS2 cups seedless watermelon, cut into one-inch cubes & frozen overnight ¼ cup lime juice ½ cup water 1 Tbsp. maple syrup 1½ tsp. Navitas Organics Superfood+ Berry Blend |
DIRECTIONSBreak apart the watermelon cubes and add them to a high-speed blender or food processor, stopping the machine to scrape down the sides as needed. Add the lime juice, water, maple syrup and Superfood+ Berry Blend. Blend into a frosty mixture, using the tamper if needed to incorporate all the chunks. Transfer the slushie to two serving glasses and enjoy immediately. Makes 2 servings
