Watermelon Slushie Recipe

Is there anything better than a refreshing dessert made from icy fruits to beat the summer heat? The answer is YES: one that's also made with superfoods!

INGREDIENTS

2 cups seedless Watermelon, cut into one-inch cubes, frozen overnight

1/4 cup fresh Lime Juice

1/2 cup Water

1 Tbsp Maple Syrup

1½ tsp Navitas Organics Superfood+ Berry Blend

DIRECTIONS

Break apart the watermelon cubes and add them to a high-speed blender.*

Add the lime juice, water, maple syrup and the Navitas Berry Blend. Blend into a frosty mixture, using the tamper if needed to incorporate all the chunks. Transfer the slushie to two serving glasses and enjoy immediately.

*If a high-speed blender is not available, a food processor may also be used – just be sure to stop the machine and scrape down the sides as needed.
