Maqui Mojito Mocktail Recipe

Featuring the superfood power of antioxidant-rich maqui berry powder, this twist on the classic mojito is as nutritious as it is delicious. With a burst of fresh lime, mint and a hint of natural sweetness, it’s the perfect drink to brighten your day—no alcohol required.
Ingredients
- 1 cup water

1 Tbsp. Navitas Organics Maqui Powder
- 1 cup blackberries
- 1 lime, thinly sliced
- Fresh mint leaves
- ~ 2 cups lime sparkling water
- Extra fresh mint leaves (for garnish)
Directions
- In a small bowl, stir together water and maqui powder until fully dissolved.
- Place 2 blackberries, 1–2 slices of lime, and a few mint leaves into each ice mold and cover with maqui juice. Freeze molds overnight or until solid.
- In a cocktail glass, muddle 1–2 blackberries to release juices.
- Add one maqui mocktail ice cube to glass. Pour lime sparkling water over cube until glass is about ¾ full.
- Squeeze fresh lime juice and garnish with extra mint leaves to serve!
