Ingredients
- 2 ripe bananas, mashed

1 cup Navitas Organics Grain-Free Flour
1-2 cups plant-based milk (depending on desired batter thickness)
- Juice from 1 lemon
- 1 Tbsp. cinnamon
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
- 1 cup strawberries
- Banana, sliced
- Strawberries, sliced
- Coconut flakes
- Pure maple syrup

Directions
- Mash 2 bananas in a large bowl, then add cinnamon, lemon juice, vanilla, flour and milk. Stir until well combined, then fold in strawberries.
- Melt coconut oil in large pot over medium-high heat. Once hot, place batter and cook for 3-5 minutes on each side.
- Repeat the process above until all the batter is gone.
- Top with bananas, strawberries, coconut flakes, pure maple syrup or honey and enjoy!
