Peanut Butter & Berry Smoothie Bowl Recipe

There’s nothing better than a smoothie bowl made from local organic fruit, except for one that tastes exactly like a PB&J! Navitas Organics’ Vanilla & Greens Essential Blend takes it to the next level by adding protein, superfoods, probiotics and enzymes. Overall, this bowl is a perfectly delicious and nutritious way to kickstart your day!

INGREDIENTS

Smoothie Bowl:

1 cup frozen berries

1 frozen banana

2 Tbsp. Greek yogurt

2 Tbsp. peanut butter

1 scoop Navitas Organics Vanilla & Greens Essential Blend

1 tsp. vanilla extract

1 tsp. cinnamon

Toppings:

Sliced bananas

Berries

Granola

Coconut flakes

Honey

DIRECTIONS

Place bowl in freezer to chill. Meanwhile, blend frozen berries and banana into small pieces. Add yogurt, peanut butter, Vanilla & Greens Essential Blend, vanilla extract and cinnamon. Blend until smooth.

Remove the bowl from the freezer and spoon the smoothie into the bowl.

Garnish the smoothie bowl with your favorite toppings and enjoy immediately.
