PB&J Smoothie Bowl Recipe
All the flavors of your favorite PB&J in superfood smoothie bowl form! This delicious recipe puts the “fun” back in functional food.
INGREDIENTS½ cup fresh raspberries 1 Tbsp. maple syrup 1 tsp .Navitas Organics Superfood+ Immunity Blend 1 frozen banana, sliced into chunks 1 tsp. Navitas Organics Maca Powder 1 Tbsp. Navitas Organics Hemp Seeds 1 Tbsp. peanut butter ½ cup plant-based milk of choice |
DIRECTIONSPlace the raspberries in a small bowl and mash with a fork. Add the maple syrup and Immunity Blend and mix well. Let sit 5 minutes before using. Meanwhile, add the banana, maca powder, hemp seeds, peanut butter and almond milk to a blender. Blend until a thick and frosty puree has formed. Transfer to a bowl and swirl in raspberry “jam” mixture. Serve immediately. Optional: top with extra fresh fruit like bananas or raspberries, coconut shreds, chopped nuts, or cacao nibs. Makes 1 serving
