PB&J Smoothie Bowl Recipe

All the flavors of your favorite PB&J in superfood smoothie bowl form! This delicious recipe puts the “fun” back in functional food.

INGREDIENTS

1/2 cup Raspberries

1 Tbsp Maple Syrup

1 packet Navitas Organics Immunity Boost

1 frozen Banana, sliced

1 tsp Navitas Organics Maca Powder

1 Tbsp Navitas Organics Hemp Seeds

1 Tbsp Peanut Butter

1/2 cup Unsweetened Almond Milk

DIRECTIONS

Place the raspberries in a small bowl and mash with a fork. Add the maple syrup and Navitas Immunity Boost, and mix well. Let sit 5 minutes before using.

Meanwhile, add the banana, maca powder, hemp seeds, peanut butter and almond milk to a blender. Blend until a thick and frosty puree has formed. Transfer to a bowl and swirl in raspberry “jam” mixture. Serve immediately.

Optional: top with extra fresh fruit like bananas or raspberries, coconut shreds, chopped nuts, or cacao nibs.
