Lemon Coconut Matcha Smoothie Recipe

Bursting with coconutty, zesty lemon flavor, this Low-Sugar Lemon Coconut Matcha Green Smoothie is sure to get you revved up and energized for the day.

INGREDIENTS

1/2 cup Unsweetened Coconut Milk or Coconut Water

1/2 cup Plain Coconut Yogurt

1 handful Spinach

1 scoop Navitas Organics Vanilla + Greens Essential Blend

1 Tbsp Navitas Organics Hemp Seeds

1 tsp Navitas Organics Matcha Powder

1 tsp fresh Ginger, roughly chopped
Juice of 1 lemon, plus 1 tsp Zest

Ice

DIRECTIONS

Toss all ingredients except ice in a high-powered blender and blend until completely smooth.

Add ice to adjust the consistency and blend again.

Pour into a tall serving glass. Sprinkle coconut, lemon zest and other garnishes on top, and enjoy!
