Herbal Pomegranate Maca Latte Recipe
This Herbal Pomegranate Maca Latte is a delicious way to support healthy hormones and a strong immune system, thanks to its high antioxidant content and adaptogenic benefits.
Make the Cashew Milk: Soak 1 cup cashews in water overnight.
Combine 4 cups water, 1 cup soaked cashews, 1/2 tsp vanilla and a pinch of salt in a high-speed blender. Blend until smooth and creamy (approx. 1 minute).
Make the Latte: Add ¾ cup cashew milk, pomegranate powder, maca powder, sea salt and herbal tea to blender. Blend on high until well combined.
Next, combine ¼ cup Cashew milk and 2 Tbsp pomegranate juice, and foam using a milk frother.
Pour mixture into a mug and top with foamed Cashew pomegranate milk.
