Herbal Pomegranate Maca Latte Recipe

This Herbal Pomegranate Maca Latte is a delicious way to support healthy hormones and a strong immune system, thanks to its high antioxidant content and adaptogenic benefits.

INGREDIENTS

¼ cup Navitas Organics Cashew Nuts

1 cup water, plus soaking water

¼ tsp. vanilla extract

Pinch of sea salt

1 tsp. Navitas Organics Pomegranate Powder

½ tsp. Navitas Organics Gelatinized Maca Powder

½ cup herbal tea of choice

2 Tbsp. pomegranate juice

DIRECTIONS

Make the Cashew Milk: Put the cashews in a small bowl and add enough water to cover. Soak for 4-8 hours, or overnight. Drain and rinse.

Combine 1 cup water, cashews, vanilla and salt in a blender and blend until smooth and creamy (approx. 1 minute).

Make the Latte: Add ¾ cup cashew milk, pomegranate powder, maca powder and herbal tea to blender. Blend on high until well combined.

In a small bowl, combine ¼ cup cashew milk with the pomegranate juice and foam using a milk frother.

Pour latte mixture into a mug and top with foamed cashew pomegranate milk. Enjoy!
