Energy bars made with Navitas Organics Wheatgrass Powder and Hemp Seeds

Green Energy Bars Recipe

Green energy is not just sustainable‚ it’s nutritious and delicious! You’ll be surprised at how yummy these snack bars are.

INGREDIENTS

¼ cup Navitas Organics Hemp Seeds

2 tsp. Navitas Organics Wheatgrass Powder

1 cup Navitas Organics Cashew Nuts

1 cup Medjool dates, pitted (about 8 large dates)

DIRECTIONS

Mix the cashews‚ dates and wheatgrass powder together in a food processor just until a rough dough has formed (allow some cashews to remain coarsely chopped for texture).

Add the hemp seeds and pulse several times until combined.

Place a sheet of parchment paper on a cutting board and spill the dough out on top. Use your hands to press and form into a one-inch thick rectangle‚ then cut into 8 pieces.

Wrap and keep in the freezer for long-term storage.

For extra flavor, texture and nutrition, add a small handful of Navitas Organics Goji Berries at the very end!
