Golden Superfood Oats Recipe
This oat bowl combines the nourishing power of organic turmeric and chia seeds for a warm, spiced base that’s as vibrant as it is wholesome. Topped with a medley of fresh berries and nutrient-dense superfoods, it’s the perfect blend of creamy, crunchy and colorful.
INGREDIENTS1 cup water ½ cup oats 1 Tbsp. Navitas Organics Chia Seeds ½ banana, mashed Splash of milk 1 tsp. Navitas Organics Turmeric Powder 1 tsp. Navitas Organics Superfood+ Adaptogen Blend 1 tsp. pure maple syrup Dash of vanilla Scoop of nut butter Dash of salt Sprinkle of cinnamon, nutmeg and cloves Toppings: Fresh berries Granola Coconut flakes Greek yogurt Navitas Organics Semi-sweet Cacao Wafers |
DIRECTIONSFill a pot with water, oats and chia seeds and place on stove over medium heat. While cooking, mash up banana and cut fruit. When water is absorbed, add milk, turmeric powder, Adaptogen Blend, mashed banana, salt, cinnamon, maple syrup, vanilla, and nut butter, and mix together. Add fruit and mix briefly.
