- 1 cup rolled oats

1½ tsp. Navitas Organics Superfood+ Digestive Blend
- ½ cup unsweetened applesauce
- 1 cup milk of choice
- ½ Tbsp. honey
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
- Pinch of salt
- 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
- ½ tsp. vanilla extract
- Honey, to taste
- 1 large apple, thinly sliced
- 1 tsp. coconut oil
- ½ Tbsp. honey
- ½ tsp. cinnamon
- Pinch of salt

Directions
- Add rolled oats, Digestive Blend, applesauce, milk, honey, cinnamon, and salt to a jar or container. Stir until fully combined. Cover and refrigerate at least 4 hours or overnight until thickened.
- Mix Greek yogurt with vanilla and a drizzle of honey until smooth.
- Warm coconut oil in a small pan over medium heat. Add sliced apple, honey, cinnamon, and salt. Cook 5-7 minutes until apples soften and liquid thickens. Add a splash of water if needed to prevent sticking.
- Assemble by layering oats on bottom, yogurt in middle, and warm reduced apples on top. Serve immediately or refrigerate up to three days.
