Chocolate Orange Chia Pudding Recipe
This delicious, fiber-filled recipe combines rich chocolate chia pudding with a light and airy orange tofu layer for a perfect light breakfast or indulgent snack. Plus, the addition of the Superfood+ Immunity Blend gives it an extra boost of immune-supporting power to help keep your systems strong!
INGREDIENTSChocolate Chia Pudding Base: 3 Tbsp Navitas Organics Chia Seeds 3/4 cup Light Coconut Milk, from the can 1 Tbsp Navitas Organics Cacao Powder Pinch of Salt 1-2 drops of Stevia, to sweeten 1 orange, peeled, de-seeded, and as much of the white flesh removed as possible 1/2 block Silken Tofu (80 oz) 2 tsp Navitas Organics Superfood+ Immunity Blend 2-3 drops of Stevia, to sweeten 1/8 tsp Salt Optional Topping: Navitas Organics Cacao Nibs |
DIRECTIONSTo make the chia pudding, combine the chia seeds, coconut milk, cacao powder, salt and stevia in a bowl and mix well. Let sit for 5 minutes before mixing again. Place the bowl in the fridge and let thicken for at least four hours or ideally overnight. Assemble the chia pudding by dividing the chocolate pudding base into two jars, layering half of the orange mixture on top of the pudding. Makes 2 Servings

¾ cup light coconut milk, from the can

1 Tbsp. Navitas Organics Cacao Powder
Pinch of salt
- 1-2 drops of Stevia, to sweeten
- 1 orange, peeled, de-seeded, and as much of the white flesh removed as possible
½ block silken tofu (80 oz.)

⅛ tsp. salt

Directions
To make the chia pudding, combine the chia seeds, coconut milk, cacao powder, salt and stevia in a bowl and mix well. Let sit for 5 minutes before mixing again. Place the bowl in the fridge and let thicken for at least four hours or ideally overnight.
- To make the creamy orange topping, add the tofu, orange, Superfood+ Immunity Blend, stevia and salt into a blender. Blend on high for 2-3 minutes until silky smooth.
- Assemble the chia pudding by dividing the chocolate pudding base into two jars, layering half of the orange mixture on top of the pudding.
- Finish off the jars with orange zest and a light sprinkle of cacao nibs.
