Indulge in the rich and creamy delight of these Chocolate Almond Butter Overnight Oats, a breakfast treat that's as easy to make as it is delicious. This recipe combines the earthy nuttiness of almond butter with the sweet allure of chocolate, creating a delightful morning meal that will make you look forward to breakfast.
Ingredients
- Oats:
- ½ cup heaping cup oats
-
1 Tbsp. Navitas Organics Chia Seeds
- ½ carton coconut yogurt
-
3 tsp. Navitas Organics Cacao Powder
- 2 Tbsp. slivered almonds
- 1 Tbsp. pure maple syrup or sweetener of choice
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
- 1 cup plant-based milk
- Toppings:
- 2-3 Tbsp. nut butter
- ⅓ cup Navitas Organics Bittersweet Cacao Wafers
- Fresh raspberries, red currants & blackberries (optional)
Directions
- Add oats ingredients in order of recipe to a glass mason jar. Stir until combined.
- Add nut butter as an even layer on top of the oats mixture. Set aside.
- Pour bittersweet cacao wafers into a microwavable bowl. Melt until the wafers are glistening and stir with a whisk or fork until shiny and pourable.
- Grab your jar again and pour a thin layer of the melted chocolate over the oats. Refrigerate for 30 minutes to 1 hour or overnight; enough time to create a hard shell.
- When ready to eat, top with berries and crack open your oats!
